This is my regular go to place for Turkish food, and I’ve always enjoyed the experience. The food is consistently delicious, served very quickly, and the staff are usually very friendly and welcoming. However, my visit yesterday felt quite unusual. While the male waiter was exceptionally friendly, the tall lady waiter who seemed like she might be a family member of the staff or perhaps the manager came across as rude and abrupt. It was disappointing, especially since I came with my elderly mum, who also noticed her strange behavior. To make matters worse, it was my daughter’s birthday, and the atmosphere felt off.For the first time, we decided to leave quickly without staying for dessert or the traditional Turkish tea we always look forward to. It’s a shame because I love this place and don’t plan to stop coming altogether, but this experience has made me rethink how often I’ll return.

Good yoghurt chicken shish and bread, yoghurt must have been mixed together with the tomato sauce, which is unusual as meat will cool down. Kunefe was decent but expensive at £. for a single portion.Fast delivery in the area, offers on Uber eats, FSA rating.

Went for an intimate gathering. Was seated near the back. Our waitresses were polite and friendly and wished the bride to be. We ordered a family platter and even though there were five of us we still had a bit of leftovers. They charge p for a takeaway box which i find weird as I am already paying for the food I'm taking but it is what it is. The food was lovely and drinks were refreshing. The place was fairly empty hence why I scored that lower. For a Friday vibe it was a little bit silent but we were served quickly so it worked for us. They left a polite note from the kitchen team to please review which I have done. Overall a good place. Would recommend and come back.

Very nice restaurant and have always had a positive experience.EDIT: went here in after lockdown eased and yes it was busy but i was waiting outside with others including person waiting inside and no one bothered to acknowledge us or make any effort of an update. was truly disgusting so we went elsewhere. haven't been back since which is a shame as i used to go often.EDIT: Thought I'd give them another go in and thankfully the experience was much better this time round as usual.
